Values We offer unique services that you will not find duplicated anywhere in the world of capital fundraising. These stem directly from the philosophy and values that guide our work with churches. Church health and church growth are intrinsically related. Churches that improve the effectiveness of their functioning are the same congregations that are most likely to attract new people and expand their ministries. Every service that we deliver to a church is shaped by our expertise in helping churches improve their overall effectiveness. The health of your church is our first concern. If our initial study discovers reason to believe that an immediate campaign may not be in your congregation’s best interests we will tell you plainly. We will also provide you with prescriptive steps to be taken to prepare the church for success. And you will have no financial obligation to us beyond the initial deposit until the campaign goes forward. Growing churches cost more to operate than declining churches. Godly vision for ministry requires the financial base to bring that vision to reality. Most growing churches will require several capital campaigns spread over a period of years to fulfill their calling for ministry. Therefore it is essential not only that the first campaign succeed financially, but it must also provide such a positive impact on donor lives that they will be glad to support the next campaign. A church that conducts a capital campaign that only raises money has wasted a valuable opportunity. A host of spiritual issues cluster around your congregation’s relationship to its money. A properly conducted capital campaign helps your people grow spiritually. The spiritual temperature of a congregation should “heat up” dramatically during a campaign. Members hate to ask other members for money. In every campaign potential donors must be asked to participate, but there are effective ways to bring them spiritually to the point that they are ready and eager to be asked—and they do not need to be asked individually. In our campaigns no individual member asks another for money. Expert coaching does not help if your church cannot afford the cost. Our campaigns fees can be exceptionally reasonable because we are a Christian non-profit organization rather than a business aimed at acquiring maximum profit. We even provide a payment plan, so that most of the cost can be paid from the income produced by the campaign itself. |
