One of our expert consultants provides you with a list of data to be obtained and submitted in advance. At the agreed time the consultant will visit your church for an intensive long weekend of meetings with staff, leaders, and those of the general congregation who wish to be involved. On Sunday evening the report will be presented.

Reporting looks at factors in the church's history that are influencing its present; strengths and weaknesses in the church's current functioning; and strategies for moving toward health and growth. Specific prescriptions are provided to address any growth barriers that are identified.
