Pricing

Our fee schedule depends upon the complexity of your campaign as determined by your congregation's size. It allows us to make our service realistically available to the broadest range of congregations.

Churches under 500 weekend attendance: $25,000
Churches 500 to 1,000 weekend attendance: $31,000
Churches 1,000 to 1,500 weekend attendance: $46,000
Campaigns for larger churches will be quoted on an individual basis.

These fees include our valuable Feasibility Study, which churches often find justifies our entire fee; professional leadership to train, equip, and lead your campaign team for an outstanding success; training materials; quarterly counsel throughout your entire payout period to maximize pledge fulfillment*; and unlimited access to your consultant via telephone and email throughout your campaign.

Special Offer to New Churches

Is your church a new congregation that has been holding public services for two years or less? If so we have a special offer for you.

Payment Plan

Most capital fund consultants charge a huge non-refundable fee that the church must pay in full before service is delivered. We do business differently.

One-third of your fee is payable at the time you sign your contract with us.
One-third is paid following First Fruits Sunday, an event at which many churches receive the largest offering of their entire history.
One-third is paid six months later.

This plan means that two-thirds of your cost for expert consultant service can be paid from funds raised during the campaign, and you will still have substantial sums available immediately to move forward on your project.

* Includes one consultant visit during the payout period; the remainder will be telephone conferences.
